HOA Issues: For any official HOA business that needs to be addressed, such as questions, suggestions, complaints, clarification of guidelines and covenants, payment of fees, submission of documents, maintenance, etc., please contact Vertex Professional Group, the Orleans North Management Team via phone at 859-495-5217 or email: orleans@vertexpg.com.
Emergencies: For any emergencies to the Community Common Area or Property, please contact Vertex during office hours at: (859) 491-5711 and select option #9 for Emergency Service. During hours the office is closed, select option #3. Please note that this only applies to emergencies that endanger Community Property; for other emergencies, please contact 911.
