HOA Issues: For any official HOA business that needs to be addressed such as questions, suggestions, complaints, clarification of guidelines and covenants, payment of fees, submission of documents, maintenance, etc. please contact the Orleans Management Team via phone at 859-491-5711 ext.6753 or email: orleans@vertexpg.com.
Emergencies: For any emergencies to Community Common Area or Property, please contact Vertex during office hours at: (859) 491-5711 and select option #9 for Emergency Service. During hours the office is closed, select option #3. Please note, this only applies to emergencies that are endangering Community Property; please contact 911 for other emergencies.
Web Site: For questions regarding the use of the web site, suggestions for improvement, suggestions for additional content, complaints, etc please contact the Orleans Management Team.
