2025 Amendment

 

Thank you to all the Homeowners who submitted their vote for the proposed amendments to the Orleans North Community Documents. Unfortunately, after eleven months of collecting votes, there were not enough yes votes for either amendment to pass. 

 

• Rental Cap (Needed: 154 more Yes Votes): The amendment would have limited the number of rental homes in the Orleans North Community to 20%. Since the amendment did not pass, the documents will remain without a rental cap. 
• Shed Size (Needed: 124 more Yes Votes): The amendment would have increased the allowed shed size in the community. Since the amendment did not pass, the community documents will remain limited to a maximum shed size of 8x8x8.
